Project Overview - Holy Banks, Buckinghamshire

A landmark two-storey mega extension that doubled the footprint of this already substantial Buckinghamshire property. This project combined the charm of the original home with a bold, contemporary new wing, connected by a striking glass walkway that links the old and new structures over a full basement level.

The build included full basement construction, complete structural works, timber framing, blockwork, and premium finishing throughout. The exterior features beautifully detailed Iroko slatted cladding, creating a warm, modern façade that contrasts perfectly with the original architecture.

Inside, the home was fitted with engineered oak flooring, a grand bespoke kitchen, a private gym, and a full cinema room within the basement. Every element, from shell to structure to final finishes, was delivered by NGS to an exceptional standard.
