Project Overview - Richmond Crescent, N1

A refined single-storey extension designed to enhance natural light and modernise the rear of this N1 home. The exterior features a beautifully detailed slatted Iroko panel that breaks up the brickwork and adds warmth and texture to the extension façade.

Inside, the project includes a fully bespoke kitchen, new oak flooring throughout, and multiple rooflights that flood the living space with daylight. This was a full refurbishment, blending contemporary materials with clean architectural detailing.

Although we didn’t secure professional photos of every room, the level of craftsmanship and finish on this project makes it a standout addition to our North London portfolio.
