Project Overview - Clorane Gardens, NW3

This derelict property was transformed into a showroom-level home in every room — one of our proudest projects to date. The refurbishment was a complete strip-out and rebuild, with every door, every piece of joinery, and every detail crafted by our team.

The interior features plastered-in flush spotlights, six fully bespoke bathrooms, and a kitchen designed with a herringbone brick-slip feature wall. The property benefits from exceptional natural light throughout, enhanced by large timber bi-fold doors opening onto the garden.

Externally, the home received new chimneys, a full new roof covering, fresh render, and brick-slip detailing from ground floor to first floor, giving the property a clean, contemporary finish that still respects its original character.
